Joanne Frank is an "Air Force brat".  She was born in Denver, Colorado and lived in 5 different states before settling down in Phoenix, Arizona.  She graduated from Grand Canyon College in 1968.  She earned a master's degree from Arizona State University and taught Humanities for one year at Arizona College of the Bible and then taught three years at Southwestern Bible College in Phoenix.

She met and married a "dashing Air Force officer" in 1973 and is the mother of three grown children - no grandchildren yet just two grandpuppies!
In 1998, after visiting a Titus 2 Bible Study in Phoenix that had been teaching these principles for 40 years to women Joanne started the Titus 2 Ministry in Santa Clarita, California.
